Our ReplacementDrains.com install crews will set up a small, self-contained area around the drain to be replaced allowing for continued business operations in most cases throughout the replacement process. The existing drain body will be bead blasted and thoroughly cleaned using our breakthrough Sanitary Drain Program. This program is designed to eliminate pathogens and bacteria from even the dirtiest of drains.
This will ensure the new drain is seated in a completely sterile environment. The existing drain line will be sealed while the prep work is done in order to prevent any debris from clogging the drainage system. Our new stainless steel drain will be retrofitted into your existing drain and trunk line. We have partnered with StainlessDrains.com to provide the highest quality stainless steel drains in the industry. Once the new drain is seated properly and set to grade, the team will secure it into place with a quick setting, waterproof polymer that is stronger than concrete but sets and cures in hours instead of days! The drain will be properly floated to the existing floor and we can match almost any colored concrete or tile floors.
Once the process is complete our crew will remove the equipment, and thoroughly clean the work area. By using a state of the art curing agent, the new drain can be traffic and forklift ready within 2 hours!
